RESPONSIBILITIES : 

  • Coordinate about course syllabus with PTT and other related parties for planning the annual training.
  • Gather and follow up the training of employee in accordance with labour law, include with following up the promoted or transferred employees to get the consistent training need follow by regulations.
  • Coordinate and educate COACH system usage to employees for keep record training history and take responsible for approving the internal training course
  • Arrange and prepare the training to employee for raising up the knowledge and readiness for retirements.
  • Prepare the satisfaction evaluation, leaning evaluation for next annual training.
  • Able to be in-house instructor for some training courses such as orientation, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Male or female ages over 30 years old.
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science or any other relate field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Training and Development
  • Strong knowledge of labour law related to training
  • Good communication skills and good command of English in both written and spoken
  • Possess a positive attitude, strong management come across with analytical, interpersonal skills, service mind, communication, negotiation
  • Require minimum TOEIC 600 scored is necessary.
